Leukaemia Care Support Groups

Support groups at Leukaemia Care provide invaluable spaces for members to come together to share experiences, speak openly about challenges and share information. The results can be astounding with members often trying new things and feeling more positive.

We run and co-ordinate many support groups for patients and their families affected by leukaemia including myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN). Joining a support group could be beneficial at any point of your leukaemia journey, whether it’s right after diagnosis or later on. Members of the support groups regularly tell us that they have benefited greatly from attending our face to face and virtual sessions.

“You’ll come away with at least one piece of information that you didn’t know and the comfort of knowing that you are not alone.”
