Our Welfare Officers can support you with:
- Benefits applications, appeals and tribunals.
- Budgeting, bills and debt management.
- Applying for a Blue Badge.
- Guidance on grants and financial help.

Advocacy service – help with work and your rights
Our Advocacy Officer can support you with:
- Understanding your rights at work.
- Asking for reasonable adjustments.

- Helping you understand the process of complaints or appeals and the next steps.

No. Both Welfare and Advocacy services are free.
