Finding a therapist

If you’re considering using complementary therapies, always choose a qualified therapist and inform your medical team of any therapies you are using.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a psychological, self-help therapy involving being aware moment-to-moment of your subjective consciousness that can be developed using meditational practices.
