FAQs

I still have an unused Leukaemia Care charity bag – what shall I do with it?

Please dispose of the bag/s through your local recycling facilities.

Alternatively, you can return it to us at FREEPOST RLXX-RJRA-ACRH, Leukaemia Care, One Birch Court, Blackpole East, Worcester, WR3 8SG, or contact us for a FREEPOST envelope in which to return the bag(s).

I have received one of your bags since your contract ended – why has this happened?

This is not a genuine collection – anything you donate will not go towards supporting Leukaemia Care.

Please contact us and let us know when and how you received the bag.

I have clothing/items I would like to donate to Leukaemia Care.

Thank you for thinking of Leukaemia Care! We do not run charity shops, however, there are many other charities that do who will appreciate your support.

If you have a local hospice, for instance, they may run a charity shop and would welcome your support.

Your charity bags have been dumped – why is this happening when your contract has ended?

We apologise for any distress and inconvenience caused to you.  Please get in touch and let us know when and where this has happened.

I have serious concerns about the impact of your plastic charity bags on the environment – what are you doing to address this?

We are mindful of this and are taking steps to address the impact of the charity’s activities on the environment.

We ceased charity bag collections in September 2019.  We have also reduced the merchandise we use to support our other activities across the charity

We encourage you to get in touch if you have any concerns and we will do our best to address them. Please refer to our complaints procedure here
