Our Blackpool Support Group is run by patient, Jez, and meets every third Wednesday of the month. Our meetings are a great way for you to meet someone who is going through or has been through the same journey as you.

15th January – HealthWatch Blackpool will be talking about being a public voice on health and social care.

19th February – Claire Houghton from Myeloma UK will be talking about the work of the charity

18th March – Karen Bonell, Regional Development Manager for Lymphoma Action, will be talking about the work of the charity.

15th April – John Moore from CLLSA will be giving an update on the group’s campaigning

20th May – The Co-op will be talking about Lasting Powers of Attorney

17th June

15th July – Anne Oliver from Age UK will be advising on Welfare Benefits

16th September – Helen Bright & Julie Summers from the Macmillan Windmill Unit will be updating the group on support available from the Macmillan Team
