Lynda Leigh finishes London to Paris
Lynda Leigh, a fundraiser for Leukaemia CARE, has successfully finished the 500km cycle from London to Paris. After months of training and fundraising, Lynda has raised over £5500 for the charity.
The ride was THE hardest thing I have ever done in my life. Full of so many ups and downs. The weather wasn't very kind to us at all. So with many personal bests behind me, some wonderful memories and having raised over £5,500 I can only say I'm very pleased!
Cycling into Paris, the honking of the horns as we passed by through the city...the amazing sites we saw along the way. The fun we had, the pain we suffered we can all now say WE HAVE CYCLED FROM LONDON TO PARIS..500KM the biggest and best challenge of my life....but never say never....watch this space.
