50 tips on living with lymphoma

No one understands what you're going through more than someone who's already been there.

That's why lymphoma patient, Paul Middleton, has created a guide for lymphoma patients called, “I’ve been there; 50 tips on coping with lymphoma.”

73-year-old Paul was diagnosed with the disease on 3rd March 2011.

Before Paul’s retirement, he spent 30 years in publishing, so it only seemed natural for him to turn to the written word, to try and help himself come to terms with his illness.

Paul says: “I found it a great therapy so I had the idea to spread the word beyond my family. I do hope patients can use this short guide to help steer them through tough times.”
