Whether you have a spare few hours or regular days every week, you can help us by volunteering. We have a variety of roles, some skilled and some un-skilled, which always require a hardworking volunteer.   • Supporters for the London Marathon - 21st April 2013
  • Community Fundraisers - run your own fundraising events with support from us.

Our volunteers are invaluable, as they enable us to continue our vital work and raise awareness for the charity.
