Bertie's Fundraising Adventures!

Bertie Bloodcell is always keen to help at your fundraising events, and is a great way to raise awareness, and donations, to Leukaemia CARE!

Bertie is currently with Sarah Gummer, in Essex, and is attending various fundraising events.

30th March 2012 - Today, Bertie visited the lovely children at Purfleet Primary School in Essex. Not only did he educate them about leukaemia, and the vital work Leukaemia CARE do, he also spread the word about the Easter Egg Fete on 7th April 2012 at High Horse Production Park in Purfleet. Bertie had great fun meeting the Head Boy and Head Girl of the school and also speaking in assembly.

1st April 2012 - This Sunday, Bertie attended an event arranged by the Bumps, Babes and Kids Centre to teach everyone about Leukaemia CARE. Bertie even met Minnie and Micky Mouse for a dance-off! Lots of the children had their pictures taken with Bertie, and donated money to Leukaemia CARE.

13th April 2012 - Bertie has made it into the paper!
