Support available over Christmas

Helpline and support

Our helpline will be open until 12:30pm on Friday 22nd December and will reopen on Tuesday 2nd January 2024 at 9am. The last time a nurse will be available on the helpline is Wednesday 20th December between 9am and 2pm.

Our Patient Advocacy team will be working until 12:30pm on Friday 22nd December, meaning they can assist you with any queries you have on welfare and support.

If you are looking to place an order for our free information booklets (hard copies), please place your order before Friday 15th December to ensure delivery before Christmas.
Alternatively, all of the Leukaemia Care booklets can be downloaded online for free.

If you need any advice on symptoms or medication, call your haematology team. If they’re unavailable, call NHS 111.

In a medical emergency, call 999 immediately.
