not only provide a memorable time for patients
but also provide a much-needed break for families
and carers.
Terms and conditions
All holidays are discretionary.
Applicants must be a patient, a family member or their carer and one of these must be a member of the Charity.
Eligibility is based upon a measuring criteria. The member/members
family must not have savings in excess of the current Benefits Agency cut off for capital.
All the required forms must be completed and signed by the applicant.
Only one holiday per member per year.
Only the immediate family of the member can to go on holiday without additional payment (immediate family are defined as the spouse or partner of the patient and/or the patient’s children still resident at the same address).
In the absence of family a patient may take a carer on holiday with them without an additional charge.
In the event that you need to pay towards your holiday, payment must be made with the booking form, if applicable.
A cancellation insurance will be charged to the applicant, this also covers the cost of any damages incurred to the property.
